Refund policy

Control Deck comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If it is not right for you, you get your money back. No hoops.

How it works

• Email license@ctrldeck.dev within 7 days of your purchase and ask for a refund. A short reason is welcome but not required.
• I refund the full amount to your original payment method through Stripe. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• Once the refund is issued, your license key is deactivated. Please stop using and remove Control Deck from your devices.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is offered on top of, and does not limit, any refund or withdrawal rights you already have as a consumer under the law of your country (for example, the 14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union and the United Kingdom). Where those rights are more generous, they apply.
